NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to MCL 600.3212, that the following will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public auction at the place of holding the circuit court within Berrien County, at 10:00 AM, on April 4, 2019:

Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in Township of Niles, Berrien County, Michigan, and described as: Parcel I: The East 375 feet of Lot 1, Supervisor’s Plat of Edgewood, according to the plat thereof, recorded January 17, 2001 in Liber 10 of Plats, page 45, Berrien County Records.
Parcel II: right and benefits of an easement for access to the river over the North 15 feet of the balance of Lot 1 as created by Warranty Deed recorded October 3, 1941 in Liber 360 of Deeds, page 562, Berrien County Records.
Subject to and together with rights of ingress and egress over and across the North 15 feet of said Lot 1, as set forth in a certain Agreement recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Liber 79 of Misc., page 661: Also Subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations contained in said Agreement recorded as above set forth.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a; or, if the subject real property is used for agricultural purposes as defined by MCL 600.3240(16).
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
