In the Matter of the Firmer James King and Wilma J. King Revocable Joint Self Trust

    TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS:

Your interest in the property of the deceased may be barred or affected by this Notice.

NOTICE: Please take notice that Firmer James King died on March 27, 2019 and Wilma J. King died on December 31, 2006. At the time of death, there were no assets requiring administration through Court proceedings. All assets were jointly held, had designed succession or were part of the Firmer James King and Wilma J. King Revocable Joint Self Trust. Scott Allan King is the Successor Trustee. The deceased lived at 2106 Bergan Street, South Bend, IN 46628.

Creditors of the deceased are notified that all claims against the deceased will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustee or the attorney for the Trust or to both within four (4)months of the date of publication of this notice. Notice is further given that the Trust assets will then be assigned to persons designated in the Trust.
