CITY OF BENTON HARBOR ORDINANCE NOTICE At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Benton Harbor City Commission, held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 7:00pm in the Commission Chambers, the Benton Harbor City Commission approved and adopted a AMENDMENT to Tax Exemption Ordinance for Harbor Towers and buss Avenue Apartments.
