BARODA TOWNSHIP BOARD OF REVIEW NOTICE

2021 BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE The Township Board of Review for 2021 will be held at the Baroda Township Municipal Building,9091 First St., Baroda and VIA Zoom by appointment., on the following dates: Organizational meeting: Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 2pm.  Appeal Hearings: Wednesday, March 10, 2021 (1-4 pm and 6-9 pm) and Thursday, March 11, 2021 (9am-Noon and 2-5 pm). The Board of Review will meet as many more days as deemed necessary to hear questions, protests, and to equalize the 2021 assessments. By board resolution, residents are able to protest by letter, provided protest letter is received prior to March 10th. The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class of real property and personal property for 2021 are as follows:
