NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST FOR A ZONING VARIANCES or ZONING APPEAL

TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF BARODA TOWNSHIP, BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing concerning a request for a zoning Variances or Zoning Appeal will be held by the Baroda Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, July 25th, 2023 commencing at 6:00 p.m., at the Baroda Municipal building, 9091 First St., Baroda, Michigan 49101.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the items to be considered, in brief, are the following:
1. Request by Jason Luzinski for a Zoning Appeal for a building in the front yard located at Snow Rd., Parcel Number 11-02-0025-0007-06-0.
2. Such other matters as may properly come before the Board of Appeals.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals reserves the right to alter the request at or following the public hearing.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed request and the Baroda Township Zoning Ordinance (“the Ordinance”) are available for inspection at the Municipal Building Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm and that copies of the proposed request and the Ordinance may be examined at said public hearing.

Written comments will be received from any interested persons concerning the foregoing request by the Baroda Township Clerk up to the date of the hearing, and may be further received by the Zoning Board of Appeals at said hearing.

Baroda Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signors for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the hearing to individuals with disabilities upon seven (7) days notice to the Baroda Township Clerk. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Township Clerk at the address or the telephone number listed below.
