BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Accuracy Test for the February 27, 2024, Presidential Primary Election has been scheduled for Monday, February 5, 2024 at 8:30 AM at the South County Building, Door 13 meeting room, 1205 N. Front Street, Niles, Michigan 49120. The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to determine that the programs and the computers being used to tabulate the results of the election count the votes in the manner prescribed by the law for the equipment that will be utilized at both of the Berrien County Early Voting Sites operated at the South County Building, Door 13 meeting room, 1205 N. Front Street, Niles, Michigan 49120 and at the Lake Michigan College Todd Center, 2785 E Napier Ave, Benton Harbor, MI 49022.
