BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING SCHEDULE
The Bertrand Township Board of Review for 2021 will be held at the Bertrand Township Hall, 3835 Buffalo Road, Buchanan, Michigan on the following dates:
Organizational Meeting
Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
Appeal Hearing
Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Appeal Hearing
Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Board of Review will meet as many more days as deemed necessary to hear questions, protests, and to equalize the 2021 assessments. By board resolution, residents can protest by letter, provided protest letter is received prior to March 11, 2021.
The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class of real property and personal property for 2021 are as follows:
