REGULAR MEETING SYNOPSIS
Supervisor Hicks called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall, 3835 Buffalo Rd.
Board members present: Hicks, Kuhn, McDonald, Payton, Vite, White, Zelmer
Board members absent: None
Special Guests: None
BOARD ACTION
Approved January 12, 2023, agenda with amendments.
Approved consent agenda: December 8, 2022, regular Board Minutes; Expenditures for $71,800.29, Balance Sheet, Revenue/Expense; December 2022 written/verbal reports: Treasurer, Sheriff, Fire, SMCAS, SEBC Landfill, PC, NATS.
Tabled two agenda items. Permission for Supervisor to pursue industrial area street lighting quotes.
