Supervisor Hicks called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall, 3835 Buffalo Rd.
Board members present: Hicks, Kuhn, McDonald, Payton, Vite, White, Zelmer

Special Guests: None

SMCAS Special Assessment District Public Hearing from 7:06 to 7:27 to review Special Assessment Roll created by the township assessor with two residents present and one commenting on his taxes.

Approved August 10, 2023, agenda.
Approved consent agenda: July 13, 2023, regular Board Minutes; Expenditures of $40,360.98, Balance Sheet, Revenue/Expense; August 2023 written/verbal reports: Treasurer, Sheriff, Fire, SMCAS, SEBC Landfill, PC, NATS. Approved 6-1 SMCAS SAD Resolution #3 Filing of Special Assessment Roll For Special Assessment District; Approved 6-1 SMCAS SAD Resolution #4 Confirmation of Special Assessment Roll; Approved 7-0 Resolution #230810A – Buchanan District Library Resolution of Support; Approved 7-0 Hire two BTFD Fire Candidates Miller and Johnson.
