BUCHANAN CHARTER TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF POSTING OF APPROVED AMENDMENT REGARDING ADULT FOSTER CARE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at its regular meeting on June 11, 2026 the Township Board introduced a “Ordinance to Amend Adult Foster Care. Section 1, Amendment of Chapter 4, Agricultural District 4.03 Permitted Uses by Special Use Permit, Section 2 Amendment of Chapter 5, Low Density Rural Residential District, Section 3, Amendment of Chapter 18 that was approved for adoption on June 11, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at a regular meeting of the Township Board at the Township Hall at 15235 Main Street, Buchanan, MI 49107. The ordinances are available in their entirety for public inspection.
