Ordinance Creating a Municipal Civil Infractions Bureau: add Chapter 25.5 Municipal Civil Infraction Actions and Citations: Municipal Ordinance Violations Bureau for the process of issuing citations and violation notices.
Ordinance Establishing the Millage Rate Request for Fiscal Year 2026-2027: millage rate of 25.4018 mills for the City of Benton Harbor for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
Ordinance Approving Budget Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget Year: amendments made to the General Fund, Major Street Fund, Local Street Fund and Pension Fund.
Ordinance Approving the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget: appropriated amounts for the City of Benton Harbor’s annual budget for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
Ordinance Amending Chapter 20, Article II Housing Commission, Section 20-18 Powers and Duties: to change the power granted to Housing Commissions by state statue, including acting as a borrower for the issuance of bonds and notes, and signing deeds, mortgages, leases and other agreements authorized by law.
