NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Benton Harbor Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Benton Harbor City Hall, 200 E Wall St, to review and receive public comments concerning an Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map and to consider recommendations for adoption to the City Commission.
Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk at 200 E Wall St, Benton Harbor, MI 49022, at any time prior to the hearing and may also be submitted at the hearing. Individuals interested in reviewing related documents may visit the City’s website at www.bhcity.us or contact the City Clerk at (269) 927-8408 or tmoore@bhcity.us to make arrangements during regular business hours.
