To: The residents and property owners of Buchanan Township, Berrien County Michigan and any other interested parties.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Board of Trustees of Buchanan Township, Berrien County Michigan held a regularly scheduled board meeting on October 21, 2021, commencing at 6:30 p.m., at the Buchanan Township Hall, 15235 Main St, Buchanan, Ml 49107, and adopted the following zoning ordinances that regulate the development and use of land.
Ordinance 123 / 2021- Section 1 Amendment to Chapter 2, Section 2.02 the Buchanan Township Zoning Ordinance regarding Wireless Communication Antenna, Fixed Wireless Signals and Wireless Communication Towers, Commercial, and to repeal all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith and to establish the effective date of said Ordinance.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of these zoning ordinances may be found on file in the Clerk’s Office located at 15235 Main Street, Buchanan, Ml 49107. The Clerk’s Office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that these ordinances will be effective date of eight (8) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation within Buchanan Township.
