CITY OF BUCHANAN REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
DESIGN/BUILD QUALIFICATIONS
CITY WELCOME SIGNS
The City of Buchanan requests the services of a qualified Design/Build Sign Contractor in the Michiana area to design and construct or refurbish seven (7) new City of Buchanan Welcome Signs. The existing signs are located at the following locations: at the City limits on South Redbud Trail, North Redbud Trail, Niles Buchanan Road (east city limit), River St-Walton Rd (northeast city limit) Main Street (northwest city limit), Front Street (west city limit); and the primary welcome sign on the northeast corner of the intersection of E. Front and Redbud Trail. RFQs shall be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office, 302 N. Redbud Tr., Buchanan, MI. 49107, Monday through Friday (except holidays) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or delivered to the City Clerk in person by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. The RFQs shall be opened at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018.
The City of Buchanan has budgeted $10,000 for this project.
BIDS MUST BE MARKED: WELCOME SIGNS DESIGN/BUILD QUALIFICATIONS. The City Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all qualifications or to waive technicalities.
