NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to MCL 600.3212, that the following will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public auction at the place of holding the circuit court within Berrien County, at 10:00 AM, on February 8, 2018:

Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in Township of Bainbridge, Berrien County, Michigan, and described as: The West half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 4 South, Range 17 West, excepting therefrom commencing at a point on the North and South Quarter line that is 234 feet South of the center of said Section 32; thence East, at right angles, 198 feet; thence South, at right angles, 165 feet; thence West, at right angles, 198 feet to the North and South Quarter line, thence North 165 feet to the place of beginning. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a; or, if the subject real property is used for agricultural purposes as
defined by MCL 600.3240(16). If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
