NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to MCL 600.3212, that the following will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public auction at the place of holding the circuit court within Berrien County, at 10:00 AM, on August 23, 2018:

Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in Charter Township of Coloma, Berrien County, Michigan, and described as: The part of Lot 9, Block 1 of Kolberg Subdivision in Section 21, Township 3 South, Range 17 West, Coloma Township Berrien County, Michigan lying Easterly in a line described as beginning at a point on the line of said Lot 9 which is 40.0 feet West of the Northeasterly corner of said Lot, thence Southerly to a point on the South line of Lot 10, Block 1 of said Subdivision which is 30.0 feet East of the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 10.
Also, Lots 10 and 11, Block 1 of Kolberg Subdivision in the Northwest quarter of Section 21 Township 3 South, Range 17 West, Coloma Township, Berrien County, Michigan excepting therefrom that portion of said Lot 10 lying Westerly of a line described as follows beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 10 which is 30 feet East of the Southwesterly corner of said Lot; thence Northerly to a point on the North line of Lot 9, Block 1 of said Subdivision which is 40.0 feet West of the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 9.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a; or, if the subject real property is used for agricultural purposes as defined by MCL 600.3240(16).
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
