Brown III, a married man, joined by Dawn Marie Brown, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for lender and lender’s successors and/or assigns, Mortgagee, dated June 26, 2017 and recorded July 10, 2017 in Liber 3177, Page 749 Berrien County Records, Michigan. Said mortgage is now held by loanDepot.com, LLC, by assignment. There is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Three and 7/100 Dollars ($165,863.07), including interest at 3.75% per annum.
Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue at the place of holding the circuit court within Berrien County, Michigan at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 25, 2018.

That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15 Township 6 South, Range 19 West, Baroda Township, Berrien County, Michigan, described as follows, to-wit: Commencing on the East and West 1/4 line 360.0 feet West of the East 1/4 post of said Section 15; thence West 100.0 feet, along said East and West 1/4 line; thence South 0 degrees 05 minutes West 193.0 feet; thence East 100.0 feet, parallel with said Quarter line; thence North 0 degrees 05 minutes East 193.0 feet to the place of beginning.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale, pursuant to MCL 600.3278, the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damage to the property during the redemption period.
