NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE PURSUANT TO NOTICE OF LEVY

The Kalamazoo County Circuit Court has issued a writ of execution to PCI Civil Division in favor of Plaintiff, Jonathan Swegles and Angela Swegles against the property of Defendant, Fred Miller a/k/a Frederick W. Miller. Accordingly, on October 28, 2020, Karen L. Garrison, levied the writ of execution on and took all the rights, title, and interests of Fred Miller in the following real estate located in the Township of Lincoln, Berrien County, State of Michigan, described as:

Lot 26 in Newman Manor Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in  Liber 19 of plats, Page 37, Berrien County Records. (PIN: 11-12-52800026- 00-6).

This property will be auctioned as the law directs at 811 Port Street, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085, the location of the Berrien County Circuit Court, on March 31, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
