Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in Charter Township of Lake, Berrien County, Michigan, and described as: Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 6 South, Range 19 West, Lake Township, Berrien County, Michigan, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the East line of said Section 30, 528.34 feet North of the East Quarter corner of said Section 30; thence continuing North along the East line 132.17 feet to the North line of the South 20 acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30; thence North 89 degrees 33 minutes West along said North line 1319.13 feet to the West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 30; thence South 0 degrees 13 minutes West along said West line 132.68 feet; thence South 89 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East 1319.63 feet to the place of beginning.
The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a; or, if the subject real property is used for agricultural purposes as defined by MCL 600.3240(16).
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
