Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in City of Niles, Berrien County, Michigan, and described as: Part of the Northwest quarter of Section 25, Township 7 South, Range 17 West, described as follows: commencing at the Southeast Corner of Eagle and Fourteenth Streets, thence east on the South line of Eagle Street 100 feet, thence South 62 feet, thence West 100 feet to the east line of Fourteenth Street, thence North 62 feet to the place of commencing.
The redemption period shall be 1 year from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a.
If the property is sold at foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of the Revised Judicature Act of 1961, pursuant to MCL 600.3278 the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
