NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Alvin W. Kelm, whose birthdate was 9/16/1931, and who lived at 221 N. Sunnybank Road, St. Joseph, MI 49085, died on May 10, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Alvin W. Kelm and Irene Kelm Revocable Living Trust dated May 17, 2001, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Irene Kelm, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
