NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Arthur W. Kramer, whose birthdate was April 2, 1932, and who lived at 3715 Glen Haven Road, Saint Joseph, MI 49085, died on April 13, 2026.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Arthur W. Kramer Declaration of Trust, dated May 14, 2019, will be forever barred unless presented to Barbara J. Voss, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
