TO ALL CREDITORS
The Trustor, BETTY ANN RIGONI, (date of birth September 16, 1936), who lived at 1434 Solak Ct., St. Joseph, MI 49085, died March 3,2026. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the BETTY A. RIGONI FAMILY LEGACY TRUST, dated April 1,2022 as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to EILEEN JEAN PRACZ, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
