NOTICE TO CREDITORS – BONNIE JEAN HANNAH

TO ALL CREDITORS:

The Settlor, Bonnie Jean Hannah, born February 2, 1919, who lived at 411 South Kimmel Street, Berrien Springs, Michigan 49103, died October 12, 2018.  There is no personal representative of the decedent’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Bonnie Jean Hannah Trust, dated January 4, 1968, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Andrews University, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
