NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Cecilia Ann Trizna a/k/a Cecelia A. Trizna, whose birthdate was 4/12/1938, and who lived at 1501 W Water Street Unit 57, New Buffalo, MI 49117, died on August 21, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Cecelia A. Trizna Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated January 11, 2013, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Anna Mae Repke, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
