TO ALL CREDITORS:
The Settlor, CHRISTINE J. RUSSELL, (date of birth January 28,1971), who lived at 4l58 Maplewood Rd., Bridgman, MI 49106, died March 27,2023. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the CHRISTINE J. RUSSELL FAMILY LEGACY TRUST, dated August 23, 2021, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to DAVID BRIAN CRAMTON, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
