NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Cynthia H. Kobel, whose birthdate was 02/20/1944, and who lived at 14094 Prairie Road, Harbert, MI 49115 died on 09/01/2025.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Cynthia H. Kobel Revocable Living Trust dated November 4, 2015, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Edson O. Sessions, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
