NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Daniel C. Schultz, Sr., whose birthdate was April 24, 1943, and who lived at 1475 Browntown Road, Buchanan, MI 49107, died on November 21, 2020.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Daniel C. Schultz, Sr. Revocable Living Trust dated October 24, 2016, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Mellierose Schultz, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
