NOTICE TO CREDITORS – DAVID WILLSON

TO ALL CREDITORS:
The Settlor, DAVID W. W1LLSON, (date of birth February 17, 1938), who lived at 9556 Circle Dr., Bridgman, Michigan 49106, died January 22, 2018. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the David W. Willson Trust dated May 3, 1974, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to David W. Willson II, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
