NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Delmer I. Davis, Sr., whose birthdate was November 6, 1939, and who lived at 2514 Essex Court, St. Joseph, MI 49085 died on June 1, 2025.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Delmer I. Davis, Sr. Trust dated May 16, 1997, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Delmer I. Davis, Jr., or Rhonda Davis-Cheshire, Co-Trustees, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
