NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Donald Otto Zarobsky, whose birthdate was May 10, 1932, and who lived at 11791 Marquette Dr., New Buffalo, MI 49117, died on January 30, 2019. No Probate Estate has been opened for Donald Otto Zarobsky, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Donald Otto Zarobsky Revocable Trust dated October 16, 1992, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Marilynn G. Zarobsky, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
