IN THE MATTER OF: THE SIMMONS FAMILY TRUST DATED MAY 15, 2006
NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, DOROTHY B. SIMMONS, who lived at 7523 Linwood Dr., Harbert, Michigan 49115, died on July 16, 2023. During her lifetime, DOROTHY B. SIMMONS created a Trust Agreement dated May 15, 2006.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust Estate will be forever barredunless presented to NANCY K. SIMMONS, the named Trustee, or to both the Trustee and her attorney, R. Edward Kuhn, within four (4) months after the date of publication of this notice.
