NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Edward J. Todd, whose birthdate was 2/12/1937, and who lived at 4554 N. Roosevelt Road, Stevensville, MI 49127, died on September 17, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Edward J. Todd Revocable Living Trust dated May 26, 2010, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Baird Trust Company, Trustee c/o Keith Callahan, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
