NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Elden W. Butzbaugh, Jr., whose birthdate was 12/2/1937, and who lived at 101 North Pier Street, St. Joseph, MI  49085, died on February 17, 2021.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Elden W. Butzbaugh, Jr. Revocable Trust dated July 20, 1971, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Judith Wise Butzbaugh, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
