NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Elizabeth Pilot, whose birthdate was December 24, 1927, and who lived at 8850 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman, MI 49106, died on November 8, 2020.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Pilot Family Trust dated December 21, 2005, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Robert Pilot, Co-Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
