NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Frances K. Birchfield, whose birthdate was January 12, 1926 and who lived at 10114 California Road, Bridgman, MI 49106, died on June 23, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for Frances K. Birchfield, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Birchfield Family Trust dated December 21, 2005, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Nancy Mikesell, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
