In the Matter of George L. Lane Trust under Agreement dated December 7, 1994, as amended Decedent’s date of birth: August 17, 1937.

TO ALL CREDITORS:

    NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, George L. Lane, whose address was c/o Grace K. Trueman, Honigman LLP, 39400 Woodward Ave., Suite 101, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304-5151, died on January 16, 2021. There is no probate estate at this time.

The decedent was the Settlor of the George L. Lane Trust under Agreement dated December 7, 1994, as amended (the “Trust”). The current Trustees of the Trust are Douglas A. Lane and David C. Lane, whose address is c/o Grace K. Trueman, Honigman LLP, 39400 Woodward Ave.,  Suite 101, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304-5151.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust, the decedent or the decedent’s estate will be forever barred unless presented to the Trustees of the trust within 4 months after the date of publication of this notice.
