NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, George T. Bogert, whose birthdate was September 20, 1920, and who lived at Woodland Terrace, 8850 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, MI 49106, died on May 13, 2019. No Probate Estate has been opened for George T. Bogert, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the George T. Bogert Trust dated July 11, 1985, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Nicholas S. Bogert, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
