NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Gerald A. Eisenbrandt, whose birthdate was 10/20/1942, and who lived at 4451 Cleveland Ave, Stevensville, MI 49127, died on February 15, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Gerald A. Eisenbrandt and Mary Lynne Eisenbrandt Joint Revocable Living Trust dated September 9, 2013, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Mary Lynne Eisenbrandt, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
