NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Gerald H. Frieling, whose birthdate was April 29, 1930 and who lived at 1031 S. Lincoln Avenue, Niles, MI  49120, died on September 3, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for Gerald H. Frieling, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Gerald H. Frieling, Jr. Revocable Living Trust dated July 16, 1979, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Nancy F. Tyler, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
