NOTICE TO CREDITORS – GLADYS M. MURPHY

TO ALL CREDITORS:

The Settlor and Grantor, Gladys M. Murphy (date of birth, 3/29/1937), died 10/02/2018. There is no personal representative of the decedent’s estate to whom letters of administration have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against The John P. Murphy and Gladys M. Murphy Revocable Living Trust dated 2/24/1992, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Rebecca L. Young and John P. Murphy, Jr., Co-Trustees, 3051 Eaman Road, Benton Harbor, MI 49022, within four months after the date of publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
