TO ALL CREDITORS:
The Settlor, Helen Jo Carpenter (date of birth) 9-6-43, who lived at 510 Impala Dr. (Address) Niles, (City) Michigan, died 6-3-23 (Date). There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Helen Jo Carpenters Trust dated 10-3-23, as amended will be forever banned unless presented to Rebecca Martyniuk Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
