NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Helen L. Schmeichel, whose birthdate was September 25, 1927, and who lived at 1005 Sassafras Lane, Niles, MI  49120, died on February 22, 2019. No Probate Estate has been opened for Helen L. Schmeichel, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Helen L. Schmeichel Revocable Living Trust dated September 8, 1999, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Robert A. Schmeichel, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
