NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Ileen A. Tollas, whose birthdate was December 29, 1927, and who lived at 9050 5th Street, Baroda, MI 49101, died on November 14, 2019.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Leonard G. Tollas and Ileen A. Tollas Revocable Living Trust dated January 20, 2011, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Lori L. Davis, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
