   NOTICE TO CREDITORS

   The Settlor, Jane G. Gast a/k/a Mary Jane Goode Gast, Mary Jane Gast and Mary Jane Goode whose birthdate was September 5, 1923, and who lived at 3905 Lorraine Path, St. Joseph, MI  49085, died on February 1, 2019. No Probate Estate has been opened for Mary Jane Gast, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Mary Jane Goode Gast Revocable Living Trust dated January 22, 1989, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Margaret M. Gast, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
