In the Matter of the THE JOANNE B. AVERILL REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 7,1981, as amended and restated

TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, JOANNE B. AVERILL (date of birth: 11/14/1931), who lived at 3458 West Valley View Drive, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085, died December 26, 2020. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of JOANNE B. AVERILL, deceased, are notified that all claims against JOANNE B. AVERILL or the JOANNE B. AVERILL REVOCABLE TRUST DATED APRIL 7, 1981, as amended and restated, will be forever barred unless presented to DIANE M. KENNEDY, Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust assets will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled thereto.
