NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, John L. Porritt, whose birthdate was February 16, 1933, and who lived at 216 Morning Walk Path, Benton Harbor, Michigan 49022, died on October 27, 2021.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the John L. Porritt Trust Agreement dated December 19, 1990, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to John L. Porritt, II, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
