NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Keith E. Butus, whose birthdate was 7/25/1960, and who lived at 1600 Eastview Drive, Niles, MI 49120, died on January 15, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Keith E. Butus Revocable Living Trust dated June 18, 2013, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Sarah A. Butus, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
