NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, Leona D. Brakla, whose birthdate was 3/1/1927, and who lived at 6344 Niles Road, St. Joseph, MI 49085, died on August 20, 2023.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Leona D. Brakla Revocable Living Trust dated August 16, 2010, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Sharon D. Payne, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
