NOTICE TO CREDITORS: LUZETTA E. MASHNI

TO ALL CREDITORS:

The Settlors, Fuad B. Mashni (date of birth 10/29/1924) and Luzetta E. Mashni (date of birth 05/05/1930), who lived at 2576 E. Lemon Creek Road, Berrien Springs, Michigan 49103, died September 12, 2018 and November 4, 2016, respectively. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.

Creditors of the decedents are notified that all claims against the Mashni Revocable Trust dated May 16, 1997, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Joseph S. Mashni at 3540 Wyndwicke Dr. St. Joseph, Michigan 49085, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
